. I had to replace my old hand blender. I was really looking for a basic one and was so disappointed I returned a few. Not being familiar with Link Chef, I was prompted to purchase based on its positive reviews. It just arrived and I was trying to crush the ice. It works very well! Now I can make ice shavings at home. I love this blender stick (variable speed) and have started using other attachments for making quick breads. I still love the product and highly recommend it.
