oversize XX-L. The fabric is ok. A kneecap pillow is a great idea (and recommended by my doctor). The item was shipped quickly. I figured the straps would allow for adjustment for a comfortable fit. You are not. When you close the bands there are gaps in the fabric that prevent the bandage from fitting properly around the leg, especially the lower leg. Then walk a few steps and the orthosis slides down. This caused me even more pain as the patella pad slipped and the brace covered my knee and put pressure on the patella. Very uncomfortable. Maybe smaller braces are better for small feet, but I wouldn't recommend larger braces for big feet. My search for a good oversized knee pad continues!
