The rivets are very cute and well made but the hook on the inside of the nose is a lot thicker and bigger than I'm used to. every time i rub my nose or move it it hurts so much that my eyes water because it is stuck and i had a nose piercing and wore this piercing for a long time. You might not have this problem if you have a big nose, but mine is pretty average and frankly, wearing that nose ring sucks. I've tried wearing it for a few minutes to hours a day trying to build it up and it STILL stings every time I rub my nose or wiggle it. (e.g. when you smile, sneeze, etc.)
