I bought all the clear/diamond packs. These are different sized stones which is good if you want to show off a piercing or be more discreet. The ball at the end isn't very big so it's easy to hook or pull. I really love it because my last post hurt me and made my eyes water. If I'm worried about it getting stuck when I wash my face, dry my face, or apply makeup, I can easily take it out and put it back in when I'm done. For the price there is plenty to replace if I lose one! I've had my nose piercings for over 10 years. The metal does not rotate and does not cause irritation or skin reactions.
