Other than the issue I think the bag is pretty decent. This isn’t like the high end ones .
The bag was defective. It is under warranty though. I contacted Biaggi via email and got a response within 4 hours, which was unexpected. I sent them a copy of the receipt as well as a photo they requested. They are sending me a replacement. Other than the issue I think the bag is pretty decent. This isn’t like the high end ones other companies are selling but it is going to do the job.
