The point is the set-top box, because the same TV, connected via the same wire to the computer, instantly responds to mouse movement. There were also issues with the playstation network. Some of them managed to be solved after a long search on the forums (for example, a refusal to connect to PSN servers), but some were not. (The download speed of all acquaintances is extremely low). What can be downloaded from the same access point in a few hours, the set-top box takes a day or more. In general, the expediency of buying this console can only be justified by the lack of worthy competitors among game consoles and the desire to play modern games while sitting on the couch. This product, from the moment of its release, did not technically reach the level of games that were offered for it. I heard a lot of arguments about this, that the PlayStation takes not with iron, but with optimization, but, in the end, one optimization was clearly not enough. (although some games run flawlessly)
