These gloves are incredibly thick and durable! I live in Arizona, like it or not, wearing these gloves will make you sweat. It's just life, and until we reach a new pinnacle of technology, it's just as good as disposable, but more important to me, reusable, tear-resistant gloves. Wrist coverage is also excellent as it is much higher than your regular gloves which cut off just behind the wrists. Very useful when working with mechanics/oils. I do a lot of mechanical work as a hobby, but I see these wonders in the professional industry. I use baking soda and dish soap to wash my hands without gloves and it works wonders, but I like to keep the oil on me because it soaks into your skin. OK, I like to use gloves when working with heavy oil, but I get my hands on sharp parts, and 7 mil gloves work great, but they always snap my fingertips between index finger and thumb. Then it's just a mess. These gloves don't make it that easy and I can clean them and guarantee to reuse them many times, but I'm sure they will eventually break. Pro tip for taking the gloves off and putting them back on: blow them up like a balloon ;)
