It arrived with a dead battery so I immediately went to plug it in and the usb cover came off. The second bad sign was that the charge indicator didn't work at all so I left it plugged in overnight to charge. It worked great once and after it died I plugged it in again and when I came back to it, it didn't work. Had it worked I would have kept it and just dealt with the charger not working as described and given it 3.5 stars, deducting for it being a bit heavy (understandably so, given the material it is made of) and the issues I stated above. I will be trying a different brand to see if I have better luck.
