Disappointed with the exchange policy
No it wasn't because it didn't work. I really appreciate being able to return it and get a refund, but it's not what I wanted. I wanted a replacement and didn't get that option so I'm doubly disappointed. So now I had to work hard to pack it up and send it back, and if I want a new one, order DAS and pay the extra postage! I think you can't win them all. A note that I've had one before and it was great.
