They sent me a set of rearview mirrors, one of which was cracked. This was replaced by the seller. Also the spares kit broke shortly after installation due to cold weather; The installation wasn't to blame as it's a simple mount. This is very disappointing and I expect it to indicate that the product was made without considering temperature variations and differences in expansion between the plastic case and the glass. Definitely needs improvement. I cannot recommend this product.
