They definitely work. A wonderful strong lavender scent that really lasts a long time. I bought this along with a plug for the pheromone room because my oldest neutered dog marks the whole house and the vet recommended the plug and a friend recommended the collar. I'm so desperate to try something. Unfortunately he's still tagging but I've noticed he's gotten less shy so I think the collar helps. We have a large family, 3 dogs and 5 cats and 1 of these cats is the outcast of the group so the collars were bought for both her (grumpy pants) and my boy (messy markings). I would definitely recommend trying this product, both cats are a bit more receptive now I just need to find a labeling solution. In any case, these collars retain the scent of lavender for some time, which makes it extra nice to cuddle with kittens. We haven't noticed any skin irritations so far and they seem comfortable for cats to wear. We will continue to buy them in the hope that long-term wear will eventually create unity in our homes for all.
