You are not properly connected. Red and Blue reversed
I am using this as a temperature sensor with a Watlow model 988 process controller. With normal temperature sensors, red is negative. It connects to the red/blue connector on the crimped connector. The wire is also color coded with a red trace. If you wire this so that the red goes to the negative terminal, it will read down instead of up. this. The temperature gauge shows that the temperature is going in the wrong direction.
