Wow my elderly dad likes the big buttons on this phone and that's the only positive thing I can say! Immediately after unpacking, there is a regular loud beep when making calls. I think we tied it to him turning up the volume in his head so that he gets close to his mouth and beeps, but when the volume is turned down he can't hear anyone. I wish I had replaced or returned this phone but he lives 3,000 miles away in a nursing home. Very disappointed. Support sent a second phone and it's a piece of junk not to hear it.
