Most important was their follow through/support after I moved away from them! We couldnt use our account when we left my agency (they were acquired by another firm). My recruiter tried without success several times over 2 years with no progress until her boss reached out himself directly - he had just gotten laid off too so his priorities changed!! She finally got me transferred in as an employee but she never kept up communication or responded at first even though they knew where i worked now. The ability to see open positions in my area which are not yet listed with other companies or agencies! I can also apply through this site as well if needed so no need go anywhere else at least when using ripplematch you know your getting everything from one place without having any problems along those lines!! Nothing really but we do have an awesome team behind us working hard every day making sure everyone gets what they want/need outta there experience here.
