Review on (Old Model) Seagate 500GB Desktop HDD Sata 6Gb/s 16MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Bare Drive (ST500DM002) - Reliable Data Storage Solution by Jermaine Shuster

So I ordered this product for PC in 2013 and have been using it for about a year now with no problems. A year ago I was getting blue screens and freezing when my "E" drive disappeared after a reboot. So after testing my (working) RAM and checking all the drivers and software related to these issues, I have diagnosed this on my hard drive. I have a Crucial SSD that has really important stuff in it, so that wasn't it and everything was pointing to my HDD. Now, after less than 3 years of use, my hard drive is giving me unbearable problems. A replacement would be great, but I don't want to replace the hard drive every 3 years or so. I wouldn't recommend this drive and honestly any Seagate product based on this experience. And since May 2017, the hard drive does not work or does not show up.
