This particular nail gun has many pros and cons that I have found. I first got it to stabilize some of the furniture in the house, and also to fix some carpeted areas that had straightened over time. So I didn't buy it for industrial use. First of all I have to say that the mostly aluminum and plastic thing actually weighs a lot more than I expected! Not sure if that's really a good or bad thing ie weight compared to a solid construction but it tires me with constant carpet staples. It really works whether I use lower or higher settings and haven't had any staple or staple issues. However, on both lower and higher settings it seems to leave a small hole other than the nail, which is a bit at odds with some plans I've had to use to stabilize some furniture where a pin needs to be placed. . in ready, visible areas. The battery seems to have a decent lifespan, although to be honest I don't use it for long hours at work.
