A big step forward compared to the elastic bandage
I am 6 foot tall 185 pound old man. They are so versatile that you can adjust both tension and placement. I sprain my wrist from time to time and this is the way to get well. I think they might not be big enough for heavier people. The price is low and the product is great. Don't worry how it suits you.
