When the phone turned half a year old, it started showing me the androyd robot and stopped turning on, only a hard reset helped, the story repeats after the 3rd hard reset, it was decided to take it to the store under warranty. Due to frequent hard resets, I forgot my Google account, they indicate to me that the phone turns on and is sent to the SC. There they tell me that resetting the account costs 1500 wooden ones, I say that the problem is not in the account, but in the phone, they ignore me. I call Samsung, they say they understand everything and drop the phone without offering any solution. P. S I understand that I am also to blame, but you can somehow humanly (without resetting the phone and not demanding 1500 all the time, because the fault is both mine and yours. )
