Reading about stuffy noses upon waking made me interested in buying these protective pillowcases. They say tiny, tiny dust mites (which are EVERYWHERE, no matter how good your vacuuming and cleaning) leave behind all sorts of nuisances (pooping and stuff, phew!) and that can lead to nasal congestion while you sleep. Well, I guess that's true, because I woke up this morning without a sob. No stuffy nose. I'm surprised. I read about them in a health article but never thought they would have such a big impact. They pack the pillowcases in a very nice little cotton bag which made me think "what am I going to do with this?" as you hate tossing it - but I use it for my physio roll (torn rotator cuff) and it keeps cats from constantly trying to get to the rope!
