The sneakers were marked on the outside plastic "hanger" as a size "6", but wasn't underlined beneath the number. Inside of the sneakers was the size "9" underlined, so it wouldn't be mistaken for the number "6". I'm sure it was just a mistake. If I buy sneakers in a store, if the box or tag has the size on it, I always check inside each sneaker to verify the size is correct. The sneakers are exactly what I wanted- If the size was a "6" they're very comfortable, can wear all day long, great arch support & width since I already have a pair, I know that for the price you can't go wrong. Very comfortable sneakers and come in a variety of colors and prints. The size was a mistake before shipping, the plastic hanger should probably underline the size so there is no mistaking the correct size. Other than that, I was offered a refund after the company receives the return. Was able to put in UPS drop box with their return label at no cost!
