Update: I wrote directly to the manufacturer and they told me to put it back in the dryer. I've already set it to 45 minutes. The instructions say 30 minutes. They don't want to fix the fact that the fibers are missing, which should make it crowded as advertised. Waste of $100! I was very happy with this purchase having bought a memory foam topper that was too soft for me. Well, assembling this royal mattress was now an epic failure. This 3 inch topper I received looks more like a 1.5 inch topper. I put it in the dryer and it fluffed up a bit. Minimal pretense. I am so disappointed. As you can see in the photo, the memory foam topper, which is also 3 inches, has been expanded to the correct inches, which was not the case with this product.
