The ease of use and its flexibility to work with different types of data sources and applications. Also, it is very easy to integrate with third party systems like BI tools. It has also helped me to find new ways to visualize my data. I have found that the support team can be slow at responding to tickets. They are constantly improving the product but sometimes it takes time for them to do so. I have used this software to help us create dashboards and reports which helps in providing insights to our customers.
