I love that I can do everything from my phone. I can track my shipments, see where they are, and even get alerts when they are near. I can also choose my carriers and the rates are always up to date. I wish it would automatically update when I change carriers. Sometimes I have to check to see if the rates are up to date. I also wish it would have a way to see all my shipments at one time. It is very helpful to know where my shipments are at all times. It is also helpful to know if they are on time. I can also see the status of my shipments. It is also helpful to know if I have any late fees. It is also helpful to know if I have any overages. It is also helpful to know if I have any damaged shipments. It is helpful to know.
