I have tried many different products. various forms of DHEA and mixtures from 25 mg to 300 mg per capsule. I think 100mg of DHEA along with 300mg of EPA and DHA and 10mg of DHB is a good start and a great boost of amino acids and fatty acids which are critical to any athlete's recovery and health benefits. I personally use everything and much, much more, but I'm a bit more advanced and have been lifting for over 11 years! DHEA is a powerful prohormone and should never be taken by women under the age of 35 or ever! There are better soups for women. I would start with protein, creatine hydrochloride and a good pre-workout supplement. to support your training and build muscle and strength faster and more efficiently. Either way, a great DHEA supplement from the Ultimate Nutrition Platinum Series and well priced for the amount of DHEA and capsules you get in one bottle (100k). Thank you Chris
