Review on (1-Pack) Extra Long Bed Rail for Toddler: Soft Foam Bumper for Kids' Safety in Twin, Full, Queen & King Size Beds by Kristina Perez

I bought one of these bumpers for my king bed when my son was about 8 months old. We ended up sleeping together and I was always afraid he would roll out (and he did one day). I ended up laying him on my side of the bed and using my old pregnancy pillow as a bumper for his side. Fast forward a few years...he's 2.5 now and *still* in bed with me, but now he's huge and that damn pregnancy pillow is taking up a lot of space. Decided it was time to put another one on its side and it's perfect! Out of the box it took about 12-18 hours to reach full size (not 72 hours as they say). I put them under the sheet and waterproof mattress pad. It sits on the foam mattress topper that I have. Sometimes they slide around, but nothing particularly annoying…. I'm putting it back in now. I was worried it would take up too much space with two of them, but it actually doesn't. To say the least, they are so comfortable! I end up swinging my leg over the one on the side, and sometimes he puts his head or his hand on his like a pillow. He has had NO falls since putting them on. When he tosses and turns at night, they gently remind him to stay in bed. What I like the most is that they are sooooo long and reach the entire length of the bed; Other brands I tried were about 6-8 inches shorter and weird looking. I even put her on a double mattress on the floor and it was a little cocoon for him. I'll probably buy another set for his own bed one day. Edited to add: I forgot to mention how well they hold up! I had the first one I've ordered in almost 2 years. I sat right in the middle of the bumper on the edge of my bed many nights and put my son to bed, he is still in perfect shape. No retreat! Highly recommended! Great price and they last forever without warping. Hope that helps. ☺️
