We live somewhere in the center of the Acromantula colony in the Forbidden Forest. e. Oregon. and have a vaulted ceiling with many exposed beams. and honestly put the tree anywhere. This means that we have tons of spiders (we have many others, but they are dangerous because they leave their webs everywhere). Forget the dust clinging to a 40-year-old house, even cleaning up a mass of silk stuff remains a tedious task. Using a broom or dust stick is not long enough and will leave the web stuck to the supports until it decomposes. Enter these telescopic poles, my really simple solution. I bought 2 poles, extended them together and suddenly I could reach everything without a ladder! Granted, some places still need chicks or a step stool, but no more lugging scary ladders and moving heavy furniture! And they take up significantly less space than their plastic counterparts, which have to be assembled individually. I can even leave them together and store them folded up in the hall closet, right in the corner, the vacuum still makes them useless. Granted, it's very difficult to pull cobwebs out of pipes, but it's not as big a problem as climbing an 18-foot ladder and leaving your living room in a mess.
