My experience with third party purchases through Revain has been quite satisfactory up until this example. I'm very disappointed because the tape recorder ran for exactly two and a half hours and then stopped. And yes, the batteries were fine. My scattered analog devices usually served me well, but I couldn't solve the problem. (Possibly defective motor.). Of course, you need to be aware of potential problems when buying used products, but spending that kind of money on something that turned out to be useless junk was a bit uncomfortable. I understand these things happen, but please flag me as a dissatisfied customer. Jim Butler
