This item is unfortunately too expensive. Just a cheap rope with a plastic handle and a pad at the end with styrofoam balls. My grandson already has a great backswing and crushed this thing within 5 pitches of getting it. It's good that he teaches body rotation, but the concept is misleading since the baseball swing isn't the centrifugal movement of the weight at the end of the rope.
