We bought this for our son for Christmas and as you switch it from plane to bot a few times it gets easier. At 2 years old, even he can turn it from a bot into an airplane. It arrived on time, it's a great quality toy, not small but definitely bigger than originally expected. Perfect for little hands of all ages and will last longer than most store bought toys and will likely last even longer.
