Review on POWERTEC 70181 Union Hose Splice by Brandon Pratt
You need a better ruler
If like me you're hoping to use this to connect 2 hoses together, forget it. Although advertised as a 2 1/4" ID, it actually measures a rather large 2 5/16" ID. In other words, it falls right off the hose. I tried it on a 12 gallon Vacmaster "Beast" to use.
- Both nominal 2-1/4" ends are 2-29/64" OD and 2-15/64" ID
