Interesting concept but I really like it. When brushing your teeth, only water is used. I often get dry mouth from medication and when I saw that this helped solve this problem I was keen to give it a try. In my opinion, brushing with this toothbrush helped temporarily relieve dry mouth. As you can see, the brush head bristles are of different lengths to get into every crevice without scrubbing too hard. Another reason I love it is because I know some people have a terrible gag reflex, to the point where foaming toothpaste can be problematic. You can definitely see where this toothbrush will help. Do I like it enough to order it and have it on hand? Yes, I think it's a good idea to have one or two in your first aid kit for impromptu overnight guests. I also liked the idea of taking them in the van on road trips. I'll admit I had low expectations for the no-toothpaste-needed promise, but they're surprisingly effective.
