Not exactly sure why, but this patch is not listed as European. A different tool is required to attach the wires as they are all diagonal and can break or come loose if you use a straight tool (American style). Overall it makes a solid impression. I'm sure it works great. After looking for a European style punch tool in about 5 stores, I had to return it and find one that had American style (straight) cable rail punches.
