Nice dress, pattern as advertised. I'm always in-between sizes depending on the style, cut, material, etc., so I've ordered both medium and large. Remained a size Large-Medium but was slightly narrower in the chest/armpit area and much shorter in length. I'm 5'8" and about 160 pounds. The material is flowy but not super breathable. Long sleeves are not recommended for summer (unless you live in a very hot and humid place) but perfect for spring and fall! The style is so cool and casual. Not super tight to give you room to breathe, but it's still a good fit. Got so many compliments.
