I took a risk by choosing this product. From the start I felt it was a bit overpriced. Also, there were no reviews for it. The main reason I wanted to try this product was the very cute case. I like the case very much. You can also order refill capsules for 8.00. It gets a little warm with a very slight tingling sensation for a very short period of time. I've used Plumper before so I was expecting more burning. but after waiting a while the tingling and warmth went away. There was no tightening effect. It makes your lips very shiny. So it's basically like using lip gloss. I will come back and update this in a few weeks. At this point I have to say that given the price it is a bit disappointing and overpriced.
