I like that it's easy enough so we can use without IT support - but if you have more technical expertise then this is not an option! We've been able do get some basic functionality up in about two hours with very little experience or training (we're also pretty new at our current job).
The main problem has come from us running into issues where there are no known solutions other than "contact customer service". This makes figuring things such as fixes/updates really hard since they don't know what problems exist nor how often those occurrances happen compared to others who may be experiencing something else entirely different.
