Last question from February 4, 2020 and older questions refer to "water tanks". Since we had a similar humidifier in the past that used two water tanks, we bought this one. Upon unpacking, however, we found that it DOES NOT have water tanks; Water is poured directly into the humidifier. This is unacceptable. Two tanks made it possible to fill the kitchen sink; This device requires multiple trips from the sink to the humidifier with a bucket or similar water-carrying device. Of course, once the box has been unpacked and destroyed, we cannot return it. I don't know if I should blame AIRCARE or AMAZON for an incomplete/incorrect/misleading product description, but I will certainly be very careful before dealing with either in the future.
