Review on Dericam Outdoor WiFi PTZ Security Camera - 1080P Full HD, 4X Optical Zoom, Night Vision, Motion Detection and pre-installed 32GB Memory Card by David Elam

I bought this product, after the first month the picture got so bad you couldn't see anything in the dark. I have contacted Revain, the return period has just passed. Contacted Dericam, they sent me back to Revain and Revain sent me back to Dericam. After several rounds of back and forth, I lost hope that anything would be done. Now I have a $180 boat anchor. I do not recommend anything about Derikam. Product support is terrible, no phone only email at night. The camera is so poorly made that dirt gets into the lenses and you have to take the camera apart to clean it. BEWARE
