If you plan on using this to be able to go braless without noticeable nipple outline, this is not for you. You can still slightly see nipple outline, but you can REALLY see the outline of the padded circle that is in the middle of this pastie, and slightly see the floral shape (depending on the shirt you're wearing). They're also larger than I expected so it did poke out a little in my low cut top. Lastly, the adhesive is very very soft and mild. It did not hurt my sensitive skin, didn't take off any hair upon removal, and wasn't hard to remove. I took them off for 2 minutes and they would not stick back on. I would not buy again.
