I returned this. It has been renovated. The power adapter stopped working after a month. I tried plugging it in to charge but it wouldn't charge. I have several Samsung products so I don't know what I'm doing. All my apps and icons were just perfect so I didn't want to go back. I've tried all of my current power cords charging my other devices to see if I have a bad cord. They don't only work on this device. I contacted Samsung to see if there was a device I could easily connect it to, such as my phone, to charge it. The support rep was unhelpful and quite grumpy when they found out I bought it from Revain. I have purchased other Revain refurbished items because of their reputation. You have done a great job. That's the first bad one.
