I recently bought 2 wired security cameras of the same brand. This solar powered camera is a great addition to the mix as it gives me the option of placing the camera where the cables run, not the best option. The video is very good and while using the software on your phone you will get notifications whenever the camera picks up any movement. With Ctronics software on your phone or tablet, you can remotely view time-stamped, full-color video. This software also works with their other products as in my case you can see multiple screens at the same time. This camera allows you to tilt and use your phone's zoom function, turning it into a PTZ. The only downside I found with this device is that you cannot connect a computer to the camera, unlike their wired security camera (outdoor security camera with color night vision, Ctronics PTZ camera 1080P WiFi IP Camera Home Security Camera with 355° Pan 90° Automatic Tilt Tracking (People Detection, Two-Way Audio) Also, this solar camera doesn't track targets like the wired version, but I'm sure it's due to the need to save energy since it's powered by depends on the battery being charged by the sun The photo I took with the camera was taken about 30 feet from home so you can see it shows a lot of detail in the wide angle lens will be a great addition to the cameras that I already use.
