Remote - junk

This remote control was purchased on August 11th, the return period ended on September 28th. On October 19, the remote control began to play. If you press the volume button once or twice to increase the TV volume a little, the volume will increase all the way. Then you should try turning the volume down. But everything goes down. He did that all day. I changed the batteries and that didn't fix the problem. I would stay away from this remote control
