first let me say more pros than cons. Pros: SUPER comfortable, no tingling or red marks at the end of a long day. It is highly adjustable to fit men and women of all sizes, it is unisex, don't let the picture fool you. I can wear fitted shirts without a belt. I think the only negative is that you can still see a small bulge in a tight shirt, but I don't care if I wear tight clothes, I don't usually need a belt, and I would still wear it if I did , because the belt is less visible than a normal belt.
