This is a USB charging cable that works on my 3DS XL. This is for the Nintendo handheld system; There's no reason to want a proprietary, gold-plated, Kevlar-reinforced supercable that's rated for ten million bends before it wears out, or anything like that. "Basic" is the best. It works and that's it!
