Super good tablet, big screen, Android as opposed to Apple. Works fast and well. I love it. However, once you get past the big screen, it's essentially a big phone after all. How do you really use it other than a phone? The main advantage over a regular phone is the screen size. Yesterday two black bars moved across the screen, the device was blocked and could freeze. I called Samsung today and they sent me a shipping label to ship it and we will see if they can fix it. HERE'S THE STORY: I was glad they took care of the shipping label, but that's where the service stopped. I sent it well packed in bubble wrap and a sturdy box. I received a call that the unit had been received and that because of the crack they had to fix both the reset (I don't know what they do to fix a broken and locked table) and a cracked screen. "It's Politics" and costs $279. Otherwise I was offered to just send it back without repair. I said I wanted the accident fixed and the device was returned to me with a cracking screen. They didn't budge, but after much talking, they offered to do it for $139.50. I gave in, said yes and gave them my credit card number which they said they would block and charge me after the repair. So it is an oral contract. A few days later they call me, we cancel the repair and send the device back UNREPAIRED. I spent another 2+ hours calling from rep to rep and manager to manager. waste of time. They won't fix it. They're claiming water damage, but the tablet has only been on a stand in my office, so there's absolutely no possibility of water damage. I just got my tablet back and they put it in a box and now the screen is completely smashed. They didn't even bother to properly pack the tablet for return shipping! So at this point, I'm not only going to publish this despicable Samsung service story here, I'm also going to report it to the top business bureau. I will file a lawsuit with Samsung and if necessary hire a lawyer and go to court. These giant corporations cannot be let off the hook. Summary: If you want to undergo such treatment, buy a Samsung product. I will never buy a Samsung product again. Too bad some of their products are not bad. SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO SAMSUNG - DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS.
