I train 5-6 days a week so I'm always on the lookout for quality sports bras. Also, I gave up regular bras many years ago and only wear them now, so comfort is paramount. It is definitely comfortable as well as breathable and very cute. It has good support and doesn't roll over or need to be adjusted during exercise. The pads are removable which is good because I like some of them better so I replaced them. It is made of 92% nylon and 8% spandex. I wash on delicates with no fabric softener and tumble dry low with no dryer. It works great when I'm doing weightlifting and even just for carrying. Size wise I'm 110 pounds with a bra size 34 A/B depending on style and brand and the small size fits well.
