They work better than I expected! I injured my ankles doing jiu-jitsu and bandaged my fingers, which helps but limits movement. Thought I'd try these gloves just as an alternative. They hold my fingers together and I have full range of motion! My joints don't hurt as much after a workout as they do when I bandage my fingers. fingers to give a little more grip. Sometimes I find myself pulling the finger cuffs down a bit to adjust them. It's not bad at all, and they don't "slip," they only move a little, obviously due to the grab, but a little "extra" help can make a difference. Nonetheless, I still love her. Btw I've been using them for about 3 weeks now and wash them after every workout and no loss of compression!
