They were very pretty and contained a combination of different colors. They really reminded me of mermaids. I bought it for my little sister and she loved it. There were enough flowers to combine with any color of clothing. Also, I've worn a few of these when I couldn't find a ponytail, and they've held up jogging, hiking, and even swimming, although I wouldn't recommend swimming with them all the time. If they get wet too often, the shimmer will start to peel off and they will become duller. Still usable, but not as pretty and fun anymore. They held up well and none of the elastics inside had ever broken. They were a good gift and have lasted ever since.
