Review on 💡 Corsair iCUE Lighting Node PRO: Enhanced Multicolored RGB Lighting Control by Andrew Mack

I bought this along with a Corsair 460x RGB case. When I installed icue, the RGB fans flickered. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling but no luck and checked all connections. I call corsairs and work with them 2 hours on the phone. I was told to exchange lnp for Amazon. I follow and install a new one, same problem. I see this as a common problem with their software on their forums. Then I work with their tech support via email for another 3 weeks (they only reply to me every 48 hours on weekdays) and their tech support keeps dragging it out and forcing me to send videos and beg me, always to do the same again again. . Eventually they told me the fans must be defective and I need to email them my fans from the new case before they send me new fans. Keep in mind that the fans on the 460x controller work perfectly all the time or when I remove the Icue (but this doesn't allow me to control the color change). I'm just glad Amazon backed me with a full refund. Corsair seems to be missing out on the product's realized potential and their tech support is the worst I've ever dealt with.
