He defiantly does what he says. I used it on my 25 year old Mastercraft ski boat. First you have to buffer this product, just lubricating your elbow doesn't help (at least not for me, my boat is badly discolored). It made a big difference, BUT not perfect. I did some research, looks like I'll have to use a wool pad to "cut" into the surface and apply this compound to my boat's paint/gelcoat. Everything I've done so far has been with a foam buffing pad because I had that. I have ordered a different spacer for my buffer, I will update when I try it.
