Great Solution For Our Sales Reps: Veriscope
I like that it is very intuitive, easy-to use for my team members who are not as tech savvy. It's also great because we can see all of our master data in one place! At this time there isn't anything else out there quite like what they have created with their platform. We were looking at other solutions but nothing could compare. There really wasn't much downside either. So far no issues or complaints from us using this product. If anyone has any questions please feel free to reach out via chat/email anytime throughout normal business hours. My sales reps love how quick and simple it makes finding information about customers compared to spreadsheets. Also being able to keep track of everything within 1 system instead of having 2 systems (paper & excel).
- The interface was extremely user friendly making searching through customer info fast an efficient process.all without logging into multiple sites just once again saving valuable employee worktime which allows them more productive working hrs..and better overall job satisfaction!!!!! : )The only down side would be if you need something quickly changed by management it may take some extra effort getting approval etc...but otherwise
